This book totally could have been a 5 star book. I loved the sexy sweet seduction of Kristen. I loved the suspense of an ex. The fun adrenaline pursuit of Vincent. It was really well written. But, the ending sucked. I understand there's going to be more in the Surrender series, but as far as cliff-hangers or whatever go, this was done bad. Will the next one be about them or someone new? I looked at my book like, what? Where's the rest. It felt very unresolved and definitely took away from its score. If you can get over it and want to wait for the next book, then it's good. I was enthralled by the whole book (again, until the ending). So, I guess decide for yourself. I suppose I'll read the next, hopefully it ends better.
