I'm in love with this series! Oh wow! This is awesome. I loved Ky, the action was awesome and the sex was steamy as could be! Um, this was a fantastic read. The characters are witty and interesting. Nita is strong and can certainly hold her own. She's sassy and know what she wants, which is Ky. This is a must read story, but make sure you don't read in public!

Ok, so this is one of the sweetest romances I've read in a long time. It was sensual without being erotic. The characters were well written and wonderful. You saw true changes made in them. There was a dash of drama without being overbearing. Ford is one of the most romantic men I've read in awhile. He wasn't an alpha jerk who had to dominate. He was thoughtful, caring and truly in love with Grace. Grace was strong but knew in her heart what she wanted. This really was a great feel good romance! I put this on my must read list!

Mina was born and raised in the East Farthing of Middle Earth (otherwise known as the Midlands, England) and spend her childhood learning all the sorts of things generally required of a professional adventurer. Able to ride, box, shoot, make and read maps, make chainmail and use a broadsword (with varying degrees of efficiency) she was disgusted to find that adventuring is not considered a suitable occupation these days.

This is book 2 in the Liberty, Oakwood series. I really feel I needed to read book 1. It literally picks up where the other left off. (Or so I'm assuming based on the way the story reads). There are things I feel like would have enhanced the story if I had known.

Beyond that, the story is good. It's sexy, interesting and quite the twist on a paranormal romance. There aren't many good stories I've read with a Grim Reaper. Laney was witty and fun. I liked her Bad-Chick attitude. Troy I feel really rolled with the punches. And he was thrown quite a few. Though some parts felt like they were missing (again, I should have read the first book), the author does well explaining to you what the character is and what she's doing. I rather enjoyed the story and am looking forward to going back to read the first book. As with all of this authors books, when they get sexy, they get SEXY! I really liked it.
