I've read almost everything she wrote! This book was just as good! I loved the Richmond Rules at the beginning of each chapter! "You wouldn't play football in a swimsuit, so don't wear sweatpants when you pitch to a venture capitalist.." This was a witty interesting story. "Doesn't real estate get you hot?"
